 MKG is looking for a Content Creator who can translate live brand experiences into compelling digital content that lives far beyond the moment.
 
 
 Experiential creates incredible real-world moments, but too often those moments disappear once the event ends. This role exists to change that. The Content Creator will capture, direct, and produce the video and social assets that extend the life of our work &mdash; for both the MKG brand and for our clients.
 
 
 This is a hands-on creator role for someone who can direct, shoot, and edit. You are as comfortable capturing cinematic footage at a large-scale brand activation as you are getting scrappy. Most content will consist of short-form video designed to perform on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube, but case study videos and awards submissions fall under this remit as well
 
 
 You won&rsquo;t just document experiences &mdash; you&rsquo;ll shape the story of the moment and turn it into content that travels.
 
 
 This person will operate independently at times while collaborating closely with our Creative, Account, Production and Marketing teams. They bring strong storytelling instincts, cultural awareness, and a creator mindset to everything they produce.

This is a zero-to-one build. There is no marketing org above you. You define the function, the voice, the velocity, and the AI stack.

You don't use AI tools, you think in AI workflows. You&rsquo;ve built workflows where one prompt does what a team used to do, and you can show us one.</li>
<li>You've shipped real, performant video using Sora, Veo, or Runway. You've automated content ops using Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, or whatever wires them together.</li>
<li>Strong taste. You can articulate why one piece of content lands and another dies.</li>

</h2>We're building a growth team where strong creative drives real results. Design, performance, and iteration all work together &mdash; and this role sits right at the center of it.
We're looking for a Videographer &amp; Video Editor who can own both sides of the camera and hit the ground running. We're looking to start this role part-time (20+ hours/week), with the expectation of transitioning to full-time for the right fit. If you're talented, aligned, and ready to grow with us, let's talk. This is a hybrid role: you'll travel to shoot with patients, dermatologists, brand ambassadors, and content creators across the U.S., then come back and edit what you filmed &mdash; plus cut concepts across our social and paid pipeline. Your work will live on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, organic, and web. You know how to shoot and cut for each one, and it shows.

You&rsquo;ll join the Honeydew Growth team led by Connor Kreutz, and you&rsquo;ll report directly to Creative Lead Marina Pantoliano, who are both based in New York City.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</h2>
Field Production<ul><li>
Travel to shoot patients, Honeydew&rsquo;s CEO, dermatologists, brand ambassadors, and content creators across the U.S.</li><li>
Capture cinematic footage for hero brand content, testimonials, educational videos, UGC-style content, and social-first formats</li><li>
Own the full on-site process: shot planning, directing talent, lighting, audio, and broadcast-quality output</li><li>
Operate professional-grade equipment (your own preferred; equipment fees and rentals covered)</li><li>
Adapt across environments &mdash; medical offices, studios, outdoors</li></ul>
Post-Production<ul><li>
Edit your own field footage end-to-end, from rough cut through final export</li><li>
Cut native social (organic) and branded paid content when you're not in the field</li><li>
Execute color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and text overlays to brand standards</li><li>
Stay organized: file management, project archiving, and fast turnarounds in a deadline-driven environment</li></ul>
Collaboration<ul><li>
Partner with the Creative Lead and growth team to concept new creative</li><li>
Contribute to shot lists, production planning, and logistics for upcoming shoots</li><li>
Stay sharp on platform trends (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) and bring fresh ideas</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications:</h2>
Required<ul><li>
4+ years of videography and editing experience, with a strong portfolio of hi-fi brand content</li><li>
Ability to travel regularly, including occasional overnight trips</li><li>
Ownership of professional-grade camera and audio equipment (Sony FX series, Canon Cinema line, BMPCC, RED, or equivalent)</li><li>
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve</li><li>
Experience producing content across multiple formats: long-form brand films, :15/:30 paid social ads, vertical short-form, and interview/testimonial content</li><li>
Comfortable directing non-actor talent (patients, doctors, real people) on camera</li><li>
Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills</li></ul>
Nice to Have<ul><li>
Demonstrated experience shooting for consumer brands or lifestyle verticals</li><li>
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or dermatology content</li><li>
Familiarity with drone operation (FAA Part 107 certification a plus)</li><li>
Motion graphics or animation skills in Adobe After Effects or similar</li><li>
Basic photography skills for behind-the-scenes or supplemental still content</li><li>
Strong understanding of native and paid social content best practices across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Compensation &amp; Benefits</h2>
Part-time: $100&ndash;$120/hr (or project-based, commensurate with experience). Rate is flexible and we're happy to talk through what makes sense based on your experience.
