 Content Creation and Marketing:

Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Concept, design, and animate social content, brand videos, and digital assets.
</li><li>Edit video content for campaigns, case studies, and social-first storytelling.
</li><li>Experience in social media content formats and social storytelling.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Associate Creative Directors, Sr. Art Directors, Designers and Copywriters to translate ideas into engaging motion pieces.
</li><li>Develop storyboards, style frames, and motion mockups to communicate ideas clearly.
</li><li>Incorporate sound design and pacing to enhance visual impact.
</li><li>Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and platform specifications.
</li><li>Work remotely with flexibility, managing your own time and workflow while meeting deadlines.</li>

Requirements<ul>

This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in one of our US offices (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago or Miami)</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or Video Editor (agency or freelance).
</li><li>Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, or Cinema4D is a plus. Looking for combined animation and UI skills specifically!</li>
<li>Strong understanding of design fundamentals &mdash; layout, typography, timing, and composition.
</li><li>Ability to take creative direction and provide input that enhances concepts.
</li><li>Experience designing for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, on-brand work.
</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams.
</li><li>Understanding of current digital and social content trends.
