Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Partnership Development &amp; Strategy<ul><li>
Identify and cultivate organic and paid partnership opportunities with creators, financial influencers, and brand-aligned organizations across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.</li><li>
Develop and pitch partnership proposals aligned with NYSE's brand voice and business objectives, managing the full pipeline from outreach through activation.</li></ul></li><li>
Content &amp; Influencer Marketing<ul><li>
Lead end-to-end execution of influencer and creator campaigns &mdash; briefing partners on NYSE's messaging and brand guidelines, co-creating content, and managing deliverables from concept through posting.</li><li>
Track paid partnership budgets and spend.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, legal, and communications teams to develop assets that support activations and uphold brand standards.</li></ul></li><li>
Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Track partnership performance across reach, impressions, engagement, and conversion using Sprinklr, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Business Manager, delivering clear post-campaign recaps.</li><li>
Surface insights and recommendations to continuously refine partnership strategy based on platform trends, audience data, and campaign results.</li></ul></li></ul> 
Knowledge and Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>
1-3+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships &mdash; preferably within finance, media, or a major brand environment.</li><li>
Proven track record managing creator or brand partnerships from prospecting through execution.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, with proficiency in social analytics tools (Sprinklr, LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Manager).</li><li>
Excellent communicator and organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><div> 
New York Base Salary Range</div><div>
The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $70,000 - 85,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange&rsquo;s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. THE ROLE</h1>
As a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC), you will lead the creative operation from A to Z for your assigned clients. You will be responsible for strategizing, concepting, and executing paid ad concepts by leveraging our in-house content team and external network of creators.
As a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC), you are responsible for connecting the data to the creative. You have a strong eye for what makes winning creative, while also being analytical and using performance data to inform your strategy and execution.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
