Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our North America sales team as a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) for our midstream software solutions. The Senior SAM will be part of an extraordinary team delivering innovative business process software solutions for the Oil &amp; Gas industry. 
As a SAM, you will build and maintain pre- and post-sales relationships with Quorum&rsquo;s customers while achieving both short- and long-term sales goals. Our solutions architects and consultants provide technical expertise, while you focus on engaging both existing and prospective clients&mdash;nurturing current relationships and expanding Quorum&rsquo;s footprint in key North America energy accounts. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop comprehensive account plans for assigned accounts</li><li>
Collaborate with internal resources (Solutions Architects, Solution Consultants, Services team) to craft compelling client messaging and ensure exceptional Total Customer Experience</li><li>
Build trust-based, mutually beneficial relationships with principal customer sponsors, including executives and analysts</li><li>
Formalize account strategies to maximize customer share across all products and services</li><li>
Lead company-to-company relationships to enhance competitive advantage</li><li>
Achieve targeted sales goals through effective resource management</li><li>
Identify new opportunities and build credibility with customers</li><li>
Comply with Quorum and client policies and systems (CRM, HR, etc.)</li><li>
Maintain current knowledge of Quorum offerings, market trends, and industry best practices</li><li>
Contribute to team collaboration and a cooperative, high-performing environment</li><li>
And other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Requirements<ul><li>
At least 10 years of experience in account management or software sales</li><li>
Previous sales experience within the Utilities sector preferred</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical or business discipline</li><li>
Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic proposal skills</li><li>
Ability to identify opportunities and close deals</li><li>
Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently while leveraging internal/external resources</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing software sales strategies</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client demands</li><li>
Knowledge of oil and gas industry trends, particularly upstream operations</li><li>
Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels</li><li>
Ability to prepare business, technical, and financial solution briefings</li><li>
Experience delivering presentations to executives, leaders, and analysts</li><li>
Passion for technology and results-oriented mindset</li><li>
Fluent in English, both written &amp; verbal</li></ul>

Salary commensurate with experience ($XXX - XXX US Dollars) with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
