We're seeking a highly experienced, professional Senior Leasing Manager with prior experience in a 55+ community who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals</li><li>
Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices</li><li>
Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests</li><li>
Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation</li><li>
Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation</li><li>
