The role executes the multifamily opportunities already in the organization's portfolio and pipeline, runs the analysis on each, and oversees the consultants and internal teams that carry a project from concept through stabilization and sale. This role does not include raising capital, arranging debt, or managing the division's P&amp;L.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Head of Multifamily Development is the single point of accountability for executing the company's multifamily development deals. The role and division plug into the organization's existing in-house teams: construction, engineering, land development, architecture, marketing, legal, and finance, and directs them, along with outside consultants, to deliver projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Prioritize the pipeline:
 
 Evaluate the multifamily opportunities in the portfolio and development pipeline and sequence them into a development program determining which projects proceed and in what order.
