Reporting to Senior Management, this role serves as the go-to advisor on gas distribution materials, category strategy, and sourcing, bridging Supply Chain, Contracts, Sales, and Operations. Serve as a trusted advisor across Supply Chain, Contracts, and other internal groups on <b>gas distribution materials </b>and sourcing strategy

The Program Manager owns the overall schedule; this role supports it by maintaining the detailed task tracking and technical dependency map beneath it. Because engineers and task owners will be self-reporting status, the coordinator needs a strong enough technical orientation to understand what a deliverable actually requires &mdash; so that padded estimates, glossed-over dependencies, and sandbagged timelines don't go unchallenged. The role reports into Cavalry's delivery leadership and works closely with the Program Manager, SDM, and technical specialists.

   Demonstrated success in a consulting, professional services, MSP, or IT service provider setting &mdash; working billable and client-facing, accountable to external stakeholders. This is a firm requirement, not a nice-to-have: strong coordinators whose experience is exclusively internal/in-house are not a fit for an embedded, client-facing consulting role.

  <li>
   Strong command of coordination tooling: MS Project and/or Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and ServiceNow (or a comparable ITSM platform).
  </li>

   A self-starter comfortable organizing and running client meetings and persistently, diplomatically chasing stakeholders for input, validation, and sign-off &mdash; someone who follows up until things close rather than waiting for responses.
