As a Lead Billing Specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing the billing &amp; accounting operations of the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, efficient collections processes, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers.
As a Lead Billing Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment , you will be responsible for:<ul><li>
Mapping rates based on resources categories and contract conditions</li><li>
Support with full revenue recognition process on monthly basis</li><li>
Preparing the invoices based on the time writing or lumpsum project contracts</li><li>
Creation and submission of invoices on SAP/ Ariba.</li><li>
Support with full chain of billing and collection cycle.</li><li>
Connect to customer portals and systems. Support forecasting, billing and collection activities.</li><li>
Monitor project budgets, burn rates, and revenue recognition in coordination with finance and technical project teams.</li><li>
Maintain accurate financial records for audits and month-end closing.</li><li>
Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.</li><li>
Manage multi-currency billing for international projects</li><li>
Handles diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.</li><li>
Responsible for Services invoicing, collection/ commercial dispute resolution and cash application and payments dispute resolution.</li><li>
Full ownership for issuing bank guarantees via GTC to support the ongoing business needs.</li><li>
Provide support to the commercial bids, follow up on customers&rsquo; contracts renewals.</li></ul>

Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or related field from an accredited university or college</li><li>
Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Customer Order, Billing and Fulfillment.</li><li>

Have a strong organization and technical skills (Excel skills and comfort in working with data)</li><li>
