Job Description

Assist in the preparation, cutting, trimming, and portioning of meats and poultry according to kitchen standards.</li><li>
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of meat products.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the butchery area in compliance with food safety standards.</li><li>
Support the kitchen team with daily mise en place and production needs.</li><li>
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or quality issues.</li><li>
Follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Previous experience in a butchery or kitchen environment preferred.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of meat cuts and handling techniques.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.</li><li>
Good English communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>
