<li>EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of YouTube, SEM, SEO, Facebook/PMDs, and/or Programmatic/Trading Desks buying</li>
<li>Client-facing experience working with both agencies and brands is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Able to help develop and set best practices and help train other team members to stay competitive in an ever-changing digital landscape.</li>
<li>Able to track performance data, analyze results, and optimize campaigns across multiple technologies and partners.</li></ul><ul>
<li>Experience in off-YouTube media, 3rd party, and Brand Studies.</li>
<li>Have strong communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must!</li>
<li>Able to effectively prioritize and work with little to no supervision.</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented professional.</li>
<li>A collaborative individual who can work both in a team and independently.</li>
<li>Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a face-paced digital world.</li>
<li>Above all, possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.</li>
<li>Bonus points if you have Google Ads, DV360, and/or Facebook certified!</li>
<li>This role may involve occasional travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc.
