Roche Kuwait offers Field Service Assistant Engineer position for a period of 11 months and 1 month rotation with the below main responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p><b>
Your Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Assist the Field Service Engineers in supporting on-site activities, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of lab analyzers.</p></li><li><p>
Join senior engineers during preventive maintenance and repairs to gain practical, hands-on experience in maintaining laboratory equipment.</p></li><li><p>
Support the field service team by communicating with customers, collecting feedback, and ensuring their needs are met during service visits.</p></li><li><p>
Assist in basic equipment checks, documentation, and ensuring that customer sites are prepared for upcoming service visits.</p></li><li><p>
Shadow senior engineers to learn best practices for resolving technical issues, replacing spare parts, and calibrating instruments.</p></li><li><p>
Help with logistical and operational tasks such as preparing tools, spare parts, and equipment for field visits, ensuring that the team is well-equipped for maintenance activities.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain communication with the field service team to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations and service schedules.</p></li><li><p>
Assist in preparing service reports, documenting completed work, and updating systems for tracking maintenance activities.</p></li><li><p>
