  We are looking for an "Category Supervisor" who will work under the in our Global Product &amp; Data Technologies department, within Category Accessory team.
 </p>
 <p>
  As the Category Supervisor, this is a highly collaborative role that will partner across the global category team as well as cross-functionally with Sourcing, Design and Product Planning department to deliver and accomplish highest quality of business standard.
 </p>

   What will be expected of you in this role?
  </strong>
 </p>

   be aware of global trends in the related field and utilize resources accordingly.

   develop and present seasonal/weekly merchandise financial plans and sales budgets based on units, value, and profit, in line with company goals, historical performance, and market trend analysis.
  </li>

   revise the monthly budget based on sales forecasts and manage OTB.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    You will
   </strong>
   analyze data to identify and strategize profit growth opportunities for the responsible category.

   manage the seasonal inventory and budget, handling operations related to discounts, promotions, dispatch, and RPT-order decisions.

   constantly monitor and report on category sales and promotions, tracking the performance of new products.

   </strong>
   prepare reports by regularly reviewing sales performance indicators.

   collaborate with various departments to drive category goals.

   research and monitor competitors, focusing on pricing strategies and product innovations.

   have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Textile Engineering or a related field.
  </li>

   have 5-8 years of experience in retail merchandising, the fast fashion industry, or a business setting with related experience.

   <strong>
    If you
   </strong>
   have expertise in working with accessory's category management.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>

   </strong>
   have a passion for growth, along with a strong understanding of consumers and the market.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    If you

   have attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong and consistent follow-up abilities.
