</b></p><p>This position is responsible for supervising the day-today plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient plasma collections.

The Latent Print Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for clerical and administrative tasks related to the latent print section. The Latent Print Support Specialist is accountable for communicating with stakeholders to ensure that accurate and timely results are released to the requesting investigator. The Specialist will also be responsible for the scanning of latent print evidence. Generally, he/she utilizes standard procedures to perform tasks under the guidance and direction of the section supervisor. The Specialist will exercise sound judgement to execute duties involving problem solving and maintain the confidentiality of all case files received. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

The position: We&rsquo;re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for always maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. It is the Maintenance Supervisor&rsquo;s duty to anticipate, identify and correct all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about one&rsquo;s work with excellent communication skills.</div><div></div><div><br>
Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Supervises and ensures the proper maintenance of the property and grounds based on Bonner Carrington Property Management and property objectives</li><li>
Safely supervises and directs maintenance staff</li><li>
Maintains property operating budget, including creating PO and getting approval prior to purchases</li><li>
Review work orders, prioritize and complete in a safe and timely manner</li><li>
Ensure all work orders are responded to within 24 - 48 hours</li><li>
Develop schedules, coordinate, and manage make-ready program for the property in conjunction with the property manager and property staff</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete work in a safe and timely manner</li><li>
Properly secure and care for property equipment and supplies</li><li>
Implement preventative maintenance plan</li><li>
Walk property weekly, identify maintenance &amp; safety related issues, and manage repair process</li><li>
Ability to be on call for after-hours emergencies</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Qualifications</div><ul><li>
A minimum of 3 years of related experience</li><li>
Prior experience in Multifamily Community maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, mold awareness, pool care, roof and gutter repair, and painting preferred</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License and current auto insurance</li><li>
EPA and/or HVAC certification; CPO certification preferred</li><li>
Required to furnish their own tools to perform daily routine tasks on the property</li><li>
Must also be able to transport or move up to 50 pounds at variable distances</li><li>
The mobility and flexibility to use ladders and to access and work in confined spaces or at heights in excess of nine feet</li><li>
Required to use general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to hand tools, power tools, ladders, dollies, jacks, motors, pumps, compressors, blower equipment, vacuum pump, pool chemicals, and safety equipment, etc.</li><li>
Requires work outdoors in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit to perform necessary maintenance</li><li>
Must be able to drive personal or company motor vehicles without jeopardizing the safety of prospects, residents, fellow associates, and property guests</li><li>
Must wear company specified maintenance uniform apparel and safety equipment when required</li><li>
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
