 12+ years building and delivering customer-facing digital applications (web &amp; mobile)
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in MDM, CDP, CXP, CMS, DAM, and Loyalty platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with cloud-native applications (Azure or GCP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience building and deploying Gen-AI solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of software architecture styles, microservices, and DevSecOps
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to multi-tenancy and FinOps in scalable cloud environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading architecture teams and collaborating with delivery squads
 </li>
 <li>
 Broad understanding of retail and e-commerce ecosystems
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
