 is a leadership role responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of the daily Shift Operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of FFE (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) &amp; OSE (Operating Supplies and Equipment). This role is responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. The Shift Manager will coordinate logistics, monitor inventory, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

 Qualification and Experience

 Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred although not compulsory.
 </li>

 Minimum of 8-10 years of warehouse experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in FF&amp;E operations or handling oversized/heavy inventory is highly desirable.
 </li>
