Commis l</b></p><p>
A Commis l is an experienced entry-level chef responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking, and supporting senior chefs in the kitchen. This role requires a strong foundation in basic culinary skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</p><ul><li>
Prepare ingredients including chopping, marinating, and portioning meats, vegetables, and seafood.</li><li>
Cook basic dishes, sauces, and garnishes under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie.</li><li>
Assist in grilling, frying, roasting, steaming, and saut&eacute;ing as per menu requirements.</li><li>
