</b></p></div><p></p><div><p>Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.
</p><p>Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with high-speed Internet service, telephone and facsimile services, hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
</p><p>Utilizes and ensures proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, the hotel computer systems (e.g., property management, paging, and radio systems), high-speed Internet system, and facsimile machines.
</p><p>Comply with Four Seasons&rsquo; Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in Empact.
</p><p>Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
</p><p>Monitors and responds to the hotel fire control panel and emergency and safety situations efficiently and professionally.
</p><p>Accepts and delivers wake-up calls, messages, and facsimiles promptly.
</p><p>Performs installation and repairs of telephone, facsimile, or high-speed Internet services in the guest room or public area meeting space.

The Role</b></p><ul><li>
Assist the Field Supervisor in overseeing daily field operations and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards</li><li>
Support and direct in-house crews and subcontractors performing buried service wire tasks such as trenching, directional boring, and cable pulling</li><li>
Help organize job readiness through site walkouts and utility locates</li><li>
Promote and enforce strict safety compliance, conducting regular inspections and safety briefings in accordance with company and project specifications</li><li>
Perform on-site inspections during and after service wire burial to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications</li><li>
Support damage or incident investigations and assist in the field - fact finding and some minor repairs (fix a dog fence, restore a lawn, etc.)</li><li>
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, property owners, and city officials to address field issues and ensure smooth project execution</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Experience in outdoor labor roles such as landscaping, construction, etc. are beneficial but not required (will train)</li><li>
Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret maps, job prints, or locate markings (preferred but not required)</li><li>
