Position Objective: The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the timely valuation of all Civil Construction work and to effectively manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes ensuring that projects are completed within budget, preparation and submission of Payment Applications, Subcontractor payments, Final Account, claims and variations, issuance of Contractual correspondences, accurately measuring and valuing construction work, minimizing costs while maintaining quality standards, and providing detailed financial reports to support decision-making.
