The Logistics Contractor's'acquisition of all necessary permits for smooth logistics operations.</li></ul>
Cost<ul><li>
Review completeness of established budgets and review cost plans. Ensure that work is re-measured and work is signed off in accordance with the contract.</li></ul>
Planning<ul><li>
The monthly detailed graphical time slice showing plot and infrastructure activities and how logistics will support.</li><li>
Review weekly plans, confirm the activities are accurate and coordinated across stakeholders.</li></ul>
Risk<ul><li>
Review detailed risk register developed by logistics contractor and team coordinated with all site stakeholders, complete with implement mitigation plan.</li></ul>
Interface<ul><li>
Provide coordination across all programme consultants and stakeholders related to logistics works.</li><li>
Provide support to plots in terms of external access and influences that impact plot activities.</li></ul>
Communication<ul><li>
Through regular meetings, highlight issues, concerns and roll out weekly directions to stakeholder's team managers. Seek resolution to any issues with the respective plot, infrastructure or logistics teams or escalate with the proposed mitigation plan.</li></ul>

How You'll Make An Impact <ul><li>Planning project on-site activities with project manager, including necessary local resources, equipment, and milestones.</li><li>Coordinating agreement between customer and external resources on construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization, and policy.</li><li>From receiving the assigned site area from the customer or project manager to handover to the end customer on completion day, coordinating all on-site activities to ensure successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing and commissioning in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.</li><li>Serving as a project representative by building and maintaining effective relationships with customers as well as other local organizations such as authorities, banks, and suppliers to ensure active support of field activities.</li><li>Ensuring a detailed and up-to-date construction Health & Safety (H&S) plan is in place for each work package, compliant with the Hitachi Energy HSE plan.</li><li>Ensuring all on-site resources are properly trained on company health, safety and environment policy and proactively promoting health and safety.</li><li>Ensuring correct handling, storage and installation of Hitachi Energy-delivered equipment, coordinating on-site storage and shipment logistics to secure timely site delivery of equipment and material.</li><li>Managing on-site sub-contractors hired by Hitachi Energy to ensure necessary quality and progress to meet delivery dates.</li><li>Controlling project cost for the site work, monitoring actual spend against forecasts, and estimating final cost.</li><li>Managing petty cash and exercising delegated authority for local purchasing within agreed limits.</li><li>Ensuring documentation is updated, the document handling system is maintained, and latest revisions are used for construction work on site.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Upholding Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and the business.</li></ul> Your background <ul><li>A bachelor's degree in electrical power, electronics & communication.</li><li>8 to 10 years of project experience in related fields.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning skills; ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to communicate with people of all levels.</li><li>Proven leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.</li></ul>Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies with digital at the core.
