 Key Accountabilities

 Supervising construction activities and field personnel related to mechanical, piping, painting, insulation, refractory and fireproofing discipline.

 Monitoring daily construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures and with the project objectives for safety, quality, productivity and schedule

 Promotes job site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately. Regularly participation in HSE meetings, daily jobsite walks, conducts toolbox talks and keep records.

 Implement construction work processes, project procedures and instructions within assigned operations.

 Provide solutions to subcontractor&rsquo;s problems in order to achieve the successful execution of the project. Verify that the material handed over to the Subcontractor is controlled, preserved and issued for the intended purpose.

 Noteworthy knowledge on rotating equipment installation/maintenance; of Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Steam Turbines, and their auxiliaries (lube oil system, fuel gas system, seal gas system, steam system etc) supervisor lifting teams in the lifting of rotary machinery and coordinate with subcontractor and inspection of validity of lifting equipment, conduct preliminary checks to ensure ground conditions are good for installation.

 Able to understand a material packing list and identify the material required for the installation.
