 The Role
 
 
 Roku is seeking an International Content Partnerships Manager to join the ad-supported VOD/ linear partner growth team focused on The Roku Channel.&nbsp; This team is responsible for the overall success of key partners on Roku Channel. Success is measured by delivering on and exceeding expectations with respect to user engagement (as defined by reach and streaming hours), financial results (revenue, gross profit) and other key health and growth metrics.
 
 
 The role requires a diverse range of direct-to-consumer video experience across partner management, content programming, product, and marketing.&nbsp;The right individual has proven experience building relationships with content partners, developing data driven growth strategies, then rolling up their sleeves to execute and achieve these goals. To be successful, the candidate will require the ability to work across and organize a diverse range of internal departments, such as editorial, content acquisition, data analytics and marketing.
 
 
 For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $115,000 annually.

The Ads Analytics team uses Roku&rsquo;s first-party data on platform usage to analyze media performance and create narratives around media&rsquo;s effectiveness at driving desired outcomes. We extract and analyze data, transforming our findings into clear, digestible, and accessible insights about how Roku users engage with media.

As a Senior Analytics lead within the Ad Sales organization, you will be working hands-on with our Big Data to develop and own projects that will inform clients of the state of the industry and strengthen Roku&rsquo;s position as the leader in the TV streaming space. 

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $133,000 - $157,000 annually. 
 
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

<ul><li>Support our top advertisers, particularly media and entertainment brands, with custom analytics relating to their Roku media spend.</li>

<ul><li>5+ years' experience in sales analytics, media attribution, or ad measurement. Media and Entertainment experience (TV, video, digital) is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong command of SQL and Excel; high level of comfort with large structured first-party datasets.</li>
<li>Innate curiosity about user behavior, and an entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of creatively solving challenges for internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ability to scrutinize ambiguous requests and provide guidance in responding with data-driven insights that reflect strong business judgment.</li>
<li>Experience with Tableau and/or Looker is a plus, and experience with R/Python is helpful.</li>
