What you’ll do day-to-day
 
Review, negotiate, and maintain various agreements with potential counterparties, vendors, and consultants, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters.

Who we’re looking for
 A bachelor's degree is required, along with a demonstrated record of professional and/or academic achievement.

 The expected annual base salary for this position is $110,000 to $130,000.
