Responsibilities:</b><p><b>
Legal Research, Writing &amp; Advocacy</b></p><ul><li>
Appear in immigration court -remotely and/or in person- for Master and Individual hearings.</li><li>
Draft and finalize motions, briefs, waivers, declarations, and legal memoranda.</li><li>
Prepare clients for asylum and cancellation-of-removal hearings.</li><li>
Craft persuasive arguments that integrate strong legal analysis with compelling narratives.</li></ul><p><b>
Quality Review</b></p><ul><li>
Review paralegal-prepared filings for accuracy and compliance.</li><li>
Provide constructive feedback to maintain consistency and quality across the team.</li><li>
Help refine templates and internal resources as the firm continues to grow.</li><li>

Qualifications:</b><ul><li>
J.D. degree and active license to practice law in the United States.</li><li>
Confidence in representing clients before immigration courts and agencies (USCIS), including conducting hearings and interviews.</li><li>
Proved experience with immigration law, especially asylum and family petitions.</li><li>
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.</li><li>
Flexibility to travel nationwide for court appearances when needed.</li><li>
Ability to manage cases independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines reliably.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills -both written and oral- and a commitment to professional, ethical representation of clients.</li><li>
