We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor &amp; Cost Controller who is accountable for leading the full spectrum of project cost management activities, with a core focus on the establishment, monitoring, and control of project budgets to ensure financial discipline and alignment with both contractual commitments and operational objectives.
