This individual will oversee design functions and manage public relations tasks, ensuring consistent and positive representation of the brand.&nbsp;Reporting Line: Chief Operating Officer</td></tr><tr><td>Job Description:&nbsp;Brand Management:<ul><li>Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen the company's market presence.</li><li>Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials align with these standards.</li><li>Monitor market trends and analyze competitors' branding strategies.</li><li>Plan the social calendar for each social platform and execute it on a routine basis.</li><li>Represent Braxtone Group professionally at public, industry and networking events to enhance brand visibility and relationships.</li><li>Develop, implement and continuously refine comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to enhance Braxtone Group’s market positioning and visibility.</li></ul>&nbsp;Design Oversight:<ul><li>Supervise the design team, providing direction and feedback on various projects.</li><li>Collaborate with external agencies for specialized design needs.</li><li>Ensure all design outputs are visually appealing and aligned with brand identity.</li><li>Develop and create internal and external marketing materials and collaterals (business needs for new documents, event leaflets, non-standard proposals/presentations, etc.).</li></ul>&nbsp;Public Relations Management:<ul><li>Manage all PR activities, including press releases, public announcements, and media relations. “Plan, organize, coordinate and attend corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, launches and PR Activities”</li><li>Coordinate with Braxtone's different business divisions to ensure PR strategies complement marketing initiatives.</li><li>Handle crisis communication and reputation management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Government Relations:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for all interactions with government entities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws in marketing practices.</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials and agencies.</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td>Educational, Skills, and Experience:<ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in marketing, branding, or a related role.</li></ol>Additional Eligibility Qualifications<ol><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills and working effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.</li><li>Have a comprehensive understanding of social marketing and PR.</li><li>Advanced writing and editing skills in English and Arabic&nbsp;</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li></ol></td></tr></tbody></table></figure>
