 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &sect; Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business
 
 
 &sect; Leading a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion &amp; achieving the monthly team target.
 
 
 &sect; Responsible for strong regional &amp; market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.
 
 
 &sect; Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.
 
 
 &sect; Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
 
 
 &sect; Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
 
 
 &sect; Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.
 
 
 &sect; Finalize customer inquiry for purchase and issue quotations and follow up
 
 
 &sect; Close the deal with the customer and make sure to issue PO and PDCS submitted by customers
 
 
 &sect; Have to meet monthly KPI set by the management for Invoice Target, Collection and Pipeline Management
 
 
 &sect; Responsible for extending working scope for cross department support. As a leader side, also support to his team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Other Requirements:
 
 
 
 - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
 
 
 - Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and details oriented.
 
 
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
 
 
 - At least 8+ years&rsquo; experience in relevant field (Heavy / Construction Machinery) within the
 
 Oman
 
 .
 
 
 - Bachelor's degree preferably Masters Degree in Marketing.
 
 
 - English language (Required)
 
 
 - Arabic Language (Added Advantage)
 
 
 - Oman Experience (Required)
 
 
 - Local Omanis (Highly Preferred)
 
 
 - Oman Driving License (Required)
