</li><li>Implement sell strategies for all group proposals above 9 rooms on any one night, and collaborates with the Sales person or Catering person on setting group and conference rates.
</li><li>Manage use of revenue systems on a daily basis. This includes daily inventory balancing where appropriate. Where a yield management system is not installed this includes responsibility for opening or closing Concerto.
</li><li>Manage all channels (CRO, GDS, Internet direct and indirect) including but not limited to room types and sell strategy. Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee and managing third party distributors in compliance with IHG standards and rules.
</li><li>Guardian of SBRP. Ensure compliance with all SBRP rules and standard processes. Provide input to the annual budget process on all revenue aspects of the business. Provides medium-term revenue-based forecasts of required staffing levels to all departments.
</li><li>Conduct quarter revenue management audits for all revenue generating departments.
</li><li>Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation
</li><li>Ensure the hotel ranking and scores on all OTAs is at the optimum level.
</li><li>Ensure that content and information on all channels are up-to-date to manage guest expectations and reduce dissatisfaction.
</li><li>Ensure that rate parity in place to provide the guests with IHG experience they are seeking for and to prevent rate parity.
</li></ul>What we need from you
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in hotel Management, finance, Business administration or marketing.
</li><li>Relevant experience in digital marketing including website.
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
</li><li>Highly motivated with exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes in work objectives, promotions, and available technologies.
</li><li>Working knowledge of all channels and paid media channels &ndash; Organic Search (SEO); Organic Social Media.
</li><li>Working knowledge of Website and Mobile App Content Management Systems.
</li><li>Working knowledge of hotel Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and Booking Engines.
</li><li>Good knowledge of Excel.
