The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator is accountable for leading all order fulfillment activities to offer customer service support to the company&rsquo;s sales efforts. This role will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed, shipped and invoiced. The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between sales personnel, brokers, distributors, customers and various departments and functions to investigate, resolve and respond to issues and questions. This critical role requires interpersonal and problem solving abilities as well as a process orientation to facilitate resolution to both short term and long term service issues
From your STORY to ours<ul><li>
Manages the full end-to-end order to cash business cycle.</li><li>
Ownership of ordering, fulfillment and invoice process including all EDI or manual entries of order data, shipment data and carrier delivery data</li><li>
Ensuring release of invoice for timely billing</li><li>
Resolving all conflicts with orders, including quantity discrepancies, quality lot information for traceability and pricing issues</li><li>
Serve as the interface between the customer, supply chain and sales on order fulfillment and service-related matters Enable support tasks, including efficient, accurate order processing &amp; fulfillment of an assigned account base and serve as a liaison between the customer, outside sales, and internal departments</li><li>

Requirements:

Responsible for all high dollar products while providing analysis on usage, availability, and cost effectiveness. Manages (as required) all human tissue tracking in accordance with FDA standards from ordering, receiving, logging by model number, lot number, serial number, and expiration date. Presents tissue management data upon request from Joint Commission. Responsible for forecasting analysis, cost analysis, procuring, tracking, replenishment, and billing on all implantable items for all surgical and procedural services, while maintaining daily logs for regulatory needs.</li><li>
Responsible for entire analysis of inventory including but not limited to: Low Stock, Out of Stock, future expiring, open order reconciliation, and per case usage. Works with vendors to prevent stock-outs and assists in identifying appropriate substitute for backordered items. Communicates with Nursing, OR, Procedural Area and Clinical Lab Managers and supply chain staff regarding current stock levels, ordering, case schedule, backorders, product trials, and sub item issues.

Responsible for all inventory management decisions including additions, changes, deletes, and par level analysis. Responsible for quarterly par reviews, highlighting detailed cost impact and savings, both short and long term. Provides data and feedback to clinicians on supply consumption and par level optimization, including preference card recommendations where applicable. Provides detailed analysis on RFID tagged items for cost savings tracking and utilization.</li><li>
Responsible for the flow, cleanliness (5S), and overall organization of owned and consigned inventory areas. Responsible for understanding/employing all lean methodology and participates in Kaizen events.</li><li>
Participates in Supply Chain process improvement activities and events using appropriate tools and techniques such as 5S, Standard Work, Managing for Daily Improvement, Value Stream/Process Flow Mapping and Pull System/Kanban. He/She oversees training, coaching, and developing the logistics team in the execution of the Company's transportation, warehousing and information system strategies.
The successful candidate will oversee will the operations of the relevant logistics department, managing business relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics services suppliers. He/She will be responsible for the orchestration and management of 3PL partners, the execution of transformation programs, and as the escalation point between the global logistics function, intra-regional logistics leadership teams, and the 3PL account management teams relating to all inbound freight, ground transport, and fulfilment activity in the Americas.<ul><li>
Lead a matrix team of indirect reports responsible for the quality on-time delivery of products from source to distribution center and through to end users and customers.</li><li>

Implementation of global logistics strategies into scalable business-as-usual models that optimize efficiencies.</li><li>
Manage 3PL partners and ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive 3PL engagement plan that encompasses global and regional freight, warehousing, and transportation activity.</li><li>
Is responsible for the strategic management and of inventory in transit and the strategy around minimum touch points, be that DC bypass or direct ship, to reduce lead times and carrying cost.</li><li>
Partner and collaborate with indirect procurement to agree the best commercial propositions, including identifying opportunities for service excellence, continuous improvement, and the application of next generation innovation.</li><li>
Implementation and leadership of the NSSoD (net satisfaction score on delivery) to measure our customer experience of logistics and trigger improvement plans.</li><li>
Strategize, enable, and implement best-in-class B2C and B2C delivery strategies with an end-to-end mind set.</li><li>
Acts as internal sponsor for the regional 3PL partners, acting as the senior SME focal point within the logistics organization, including guiding operational implementation, developing new areas of business, setting out joint strategies.</li><li>
Maintains benchmarking and ongoing assessment processes for reginal 3PL partners to continuously improve.</li><li>
