<p>Must have
</p><div><div><p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
</p></div><div><p>10+ years of overall experience in application development and 5+ years in Power Platform technical lead position.
</p></div><div><p>Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform &mdash; Power Apps (Canvas &amp; Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
</p></div><div><p>Strong understanding of automation fitment, governance frameworks, and Center of Excellence (CoE) models.
</p></div><div><p>Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, and enterprise systems (Oracle/CRM).
</p></div><div><p>Proficiency in PowerFX, SQL, and basic scripting for automation orchestration.
</p></div><div><p>Demonstrated experience in leading multi-team delivery, managing sprints, and ensuring high-quality output.
