Job DescriptionGeneral DescriptionNES is looking for Heavy Duty Mechanics to work on the North Slope of Alaska at Prudhoe Bay, and the Western North SlopeHeavy Duty Mechanics are primarily responsible for repairing and maintaining heavy equipment including Tractors, Trailers, Super Suckers, Vac Trucks, Dozers, Excavators, Loaders, Drills and other equipment.Repair Work will either be in the shop or in the field with arctic conditions. Other duties may be assigned as required including driving equipment, yard cleanup, or roustabout duties.This position is on the North Slope of Alaska which is an Arctic Environment. Work rotation is planned to be 4 weeks on 2 weeks off, but may vary depending on project requirements. Pay Range

$17.00 - 19.00 per hour
