 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Packaging and Consumables Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations in alignment with corporate procedures and objectives. This role is responsible for managing the purchasing activities of packaging, visual merchandising and consumable materials, optimizing costs, developing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement across procurement processes.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures, policies, and strategic goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze purchasing processes and implement initiatives to reduce procurement costs in line with company targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and control the purchasing budget for assigned categories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and supervise the procurement team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpret technical and commercial data to develop and improve procurement processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct supplier research and selection, negotiate annual agreements, and finalize contracts aligned with company objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report purchasing activities periodically to ensure transparency and control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate supplier performance and lead initiatives for supplier development and onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop organizational systems and structures to support a high-performing team and work climate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure procurement activities comply with legal regulations, internal processes, job descriptions, and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct internal control activities in risk areas to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and participate in procurement improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate expertise in finding and developing new suppliers and improving supplier performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify the company's needs for packaging, promotional and visual communication materials and develop effective purchasing strategies accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end purchasing processes for all packaging products (boxes, labels, stickers, plastic bags, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan procurement and production processes for visual communication materials such as window displays, lightboxes, and all kind of digital prints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the right material is procured at the right time, quality, and price by maintaining continuous communication with retail, design, marketing, and logistics teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with quality assurance and suppliers to resolve potential quality issues during production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research sustainable, eco-friendly, and cost-effective material alternatives by following industry innovations and trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan purchasing requests accurately to optimize inventory and prevent unnecessary stock accumulation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage quotation requests, order creation, shipment tracking, and invoicing processes via ERP and procurement systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee trial production and sample processes and coordinate necessary approval procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement cost-reduction projects in line with company objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in domestic and international trade fairs and supplier visits.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably minimum 5 years in packaging and consumables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership and team management experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS D365, SAP, e-procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English
