We are looking to hire a dedicated Vendor Contract Manager to join our team. The Vendor Contract Manager will support our Strategic Purchasing department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manages existing vendor contracts and agreements.</li><li>
Negotiate and implement new agreements as needed.</li><li>
Ensures follow-up of OEM/Vendor invoicing for contract by the hour</li><li>
Generates Reports required per contract.</li><li>
Follows-up licensing-royalties fees, penalties, discounts programs, volume rebates with main vendors.</li><li>
Supports operations in case of major issue with Main Vendors (upon proper communication and</li><li>
escalation on Operation side)</li><li>
Performs vendor cost and performance review analysis.</li><li>
Develop reciprocal business (cross sourcing, distribution, &hellip;) with major vendors, proactively.</li><li>
Ensures fast escalation in case of issue resolution with vendors.</li><li>
Coordinates actions with AFI KL E&amp;M Strategic Purchasing</li></ul>
