What you will do
<ul><li>Lead, inspire, and manage the Spa &amp; Retail team, including direct supervision of the Spa Manager and Team, ensuring alignment with the hotel's goals and Four Seasons brand standards.
</li><li>Define and execute the long-term vision and positioning of the Spa, Fitness and Retail offerings to remain competitive, innovative, and guest-centric.
</li><li>Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive guest engagement, wellness programming, membership offerings and retail performance.
</li><li>Oversee daily operations of the Spa, Gym, Changing Rooms, Retail Boutique, Guest Activity Programs and Relaxation Lounges.
</li><li>Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics in collaboration with Housekeeping, Laundry, and Engineering.
</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including the maintenance of indoor water features, swimming pools, and whirlpools in coordination with Engineering.

We are currently looking for a Director of Human Resources, who will lead and manage Human Resources related activities. Hilton Kuwait Resort will re-open shortly after a full renovation and this role is ideal for a candidate with pre-opening managerial skills. 
What will I be doing? 
 
As a Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the effective management and performance of all Human Resources related activities. This includes recruitment, legal, talent management, succession planning, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and health and safety initiatives. Specifically, the Director of Human Resources will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:<ul><li>
Plan and forecast the short and long-term talent requirements for the hotel to support its business plans</li><li>

 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room. Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all facial and body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols, being knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered. Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven knowledge and experience with a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish are required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Read the guests and customize their service to ensure peace and relaxation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report any complaints to the management team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Upsell Spa products considering guests&rsquo; needs and departments sales targets. Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team.

 </ul>
 
 What You Bring

 At least 2 years&rsquo; experience within a high-end luxury spa, hotel, or resort.
 </li>
 <li>
 This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of various treatment protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proper license and qualifications are required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, teamwork attitude, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
