 The Offshore Construction Supervisor is directly contributing to the Al-Shaheen field production objectives&nbsp;attainment by ensuring construction works are executed to plan and within defined duration. This is critical for&nbsp;the business&rsquo;s continuity in terms of project delivery having impact on field production plan.&nbsp;

 Coordinate and supervise Construction Teams annually, on various location in the field.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Managed positions: PVV Supervisor, E&amp;I Supervisor, QC/Material Supervisor, HSE Supervisor, 10-60 trade&nbsp;techs and Vendors.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Report construction offshore works progress in accordance with Construction Department procedures.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with onshore Construction Coordinators regarding all emerging issues during execution phase.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply a cost-conscious mindset to each offshore construction activities.&nbsp;

 The position involves managing interfaces within and outside NOC:&nbsp;

 CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT&nbsp;
 
 
 Position is based offshore on various production sites managed from Doha, Qatar and operating oil&amp;gas facilities&nbsp;
 
 with offshore/onshore (non producing) sites.&nbsp;
 
 The position is part of the permanent team and is offshore rotating (28d/28d).&nbsp;
 
 Participation in onshore HQ meetings and visits to OEM/service company workshops on ad-hoc basis.&nbsp;

 To plan the works in accordance to prioritization agreed with the Construction Lead, based on emergency,&nbsp;safety, production and future development critical needs.&nbsp;

 To participate to the risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works.&nbsp;

 To participate to detailed design reviews with the Engineering Department of E&amp;C to ensure the&nbsp;constructability and hookability aspects of the works.&nbsp;
