 The eComm Digital Content Designer is responsible for building the content for our Direct Commerce Channels (DTC and TikTok Shop) as well as customers&rsquo; websites (such as Walmart.com, Target.com, and Costco.com) with up-to-date, accurate, and compelling product imagery, video, and product copy, with visibility across all North American brands and business units. In partnership with Sales, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Social Commerce, Tech, and Design departments he/she will ensure the correct digital assets are used for all marketing activations and all appropriate assets are created, distributed and uploaded for new item launches and assortment enhancements.

</li><li>Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and platform specifications.

Requirements<ul>
<li>
This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in one of our US offices (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago or Miami)</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or Video Editor (agency or freelance).
</li><li>Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, or Cinema4D is a plus. Looking for combined animation and UI skills specifically!</li>
<li>Strong understanding of design fundamentals &mdash; layout, typography, timing, and composition.
</li><li>Ability to take creative direction and provide input that enhances concepts.
</li><li>Experience designing for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, on-brand work.
</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams.
</li><li>Understanding of current digital and social content trends.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
