Job PurposeTo perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation of all electrical equipment in oil &amp; gas production, processing, and utility areas.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, panels, MCCs, switchgears, transformers, motors, and control circuits.</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and testing instruments.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance activities as per CMMS schedules and report job completion.</li><li>Support electrical installation and commissioning of new equipment and modifications.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company safety standards and permit-to-work systems (PTW).</li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records and spare parts lists.</li><li>Participate in shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance as required.</li><li>Collaborate with instrumentation and mechanical teams to ensure integrated plant reliability.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of maintenance experience in Oil &amp; Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of LV/MV equipment, control circuits, and protection systems.</li><li>Familiar with hazardous area classifications (Ex-proof equipment).</li><li>Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (IEC / NEC).</li><li>Basic computer literacy for CMMS reporting.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork.</li><li>Safety-conscious and quality-oriented mindset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,200.00 per month
