The role involves managing booking requests, maximizing room sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction by providing accurate information and personalized service in line with Best Western Hotels standards.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries related to room reservations.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding room rates, availability, hotel services, and promotions.</li><li>Process individual and group bookings, modifications, and cancellations promptly and correctly.</li><li>Upsell rooms, packages, and hotel facilities to maximize revenue.</li><li>Maintain guest profiles and reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS).</li><li>Ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete before guest arrival.</li><li>Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping departments for smooth operations.</li><li>Respond to guest complaints, requests, and special requirements professionally.</li><li>Monitor daily arrivals, VIP reservations, and special requests.</li><li>Follow company policies, procedures, and Best Western brand standards.</li><li>Prepare and share daily/weekly reservation reports with the Reservations Supervisor.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.</li><li>Previous experience as a Reservation Agent, Front Office Agent, or similar role in the hotel industry is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera or similar PMS).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and sales skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.</li></ul><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Training and career development opportunities within Best Western Hotels.</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment.</li><li>Transportation to and from the hotel</li></ul><p>share your cv on/ hr@bestwesternkuwait.com</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>Mahboola: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>hospitality : 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
