<p>
We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer<br>
with deep domain expertise in oilfield operations and a passion for digital<br>
transformation. This role bridges the gap between field knowledge and data<br>
science/AI development teams, ensuring that intelligent systems reflect<br>
real-world production behaviors.</p>
<p>
The candidate will contribute technical<br>
insights to product design, validate ML model results, and help prioritize<br>
opportunities for automation and optimization within Digital Oilfield (DOF)<br>
platforms. Experience with DOF tools is required. While AI/ML exposure is<br>
appreciated, it is not mandatory.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li> Act as the subject</li></ul>
matter expert (SME) in production engineering for digital initiatives.
<ul><li> Translate operational</li></ul>
workflows into structured inputs for ML engineers and developers.
<ul><li> Evaluate model outputs</li></ul>
and ensure alignment with physical system behavior and field expectations.
<ul><li> Identify opportunities</li></ul>
for intelligent automation in surveillance, optimization, and diagnostics.
<ul><li> Serve as a liaison</li></ul>
between engineering teams and product/technology stakeholders.<br>

<p><b>
Required Skills and Experience:</b></p>
<ul><li> 10+ years of hands-on</li></ul>
production engineering experience, preferably in upstream operations.
<ul><li> Familiarity with DOF</li></ul>
platforms, digital twins, or data-driven production workflows
<ul><li> Strong understanding of</li></ul>
field surveillance, production optimization, artificial lift, and flow<br>
assurance.
<ul><li> Experience working with</li></ul>
or implementing digital systems in operational settings.
<ul><li> Ability to communicate</li></ul>
effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
<ul><li> Interest in digital</li></ul>
workflows, data analytics, and decision automation.
<p><b>
Nice to Have:</b>.</p>
<ul><li> Awareness of AI/ML</li></ul>
applications and their potential impact on upstream operations.
<ul><li> Comfortable reviewing</li></ul>
or testing the results of ML models in operational use cases.
