The Repair and Maintenance Fishing Supervisor for Intervention Services &amp; Downhole Tools (ISDT) is responsible for overseeing all workshop operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, repair, and quality control of downhole tools including Mills, Stabilizers, and wash pipes. This role provides leadership to R&amp;M Technicians while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence in accordance with Weatherford's guidelines and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage the ISDT workshop operations based on operational requirements, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation
</li><li>Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for downhole tools and equipment
</li><li>Provide technical guidance and supervision to R&amp;M Specialists in specialized welding techniques including tungsten carbide application and 6G position welding
</li><li>Oversee quality control processes for all maintenance and repair work
</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with all HSE policies and procedures
</li><li>Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks
</li><li>Implement and monitor quality control standards for all workshop activities
</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and reporting for HSE incidents and near-misses
</li><li>Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and radioactive elements
</li><li>Monitor and control operational costs within the workshop
