Entertainment Technical Team Leader

 The Assistant Stage Manager (ASM) is responsible for guiding the Team Leader and all indirect reports ensuring the team delivers their responsibilities to the highest standards possible while creating smiles and maintaining a positive attitude in the workplace. This position ensures a smooth operation of the Entertainment department as needed. ASM works with members of the department and company as an active participant in achieving artistic goals, ensuring consistent quality, and guaranteeing a high level of performance from colleagues under his/her guidance. During the events and activations, he/she relays all of the cues to the back-stage crews, monitors performers before and during the show, and relays information back to the line manager so that he/she can make informed decisions.

 About The Role
 
 
 
 As our BI Manager, you&rsquo;ll lead the design, development, and administration of enterprise BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau) and data warehouses. You&rsquo;ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact dashboards, uncover trends, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Lead BI solution design, dashboard wireframing, and development (Power BI/Tableau)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain BI servers and enterprise data warehouses (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Databricks)
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform data exploration, trend analysis, and ad-hoc SQL reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure QA/UAT processes and provide end-user training
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot BI issues and implement fixes
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive proof-of-concept BI solutions for evolving business needs
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 Must-Have Technical Skills:

 6+ years in Power BI/Tableau development &amp; administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong SQL development and data modeling experience
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years in enterprise DWH environments (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Databricks)

 Experience with Agile delivery, Visual Studio, GitHub
