 Preparation and presentation to clients of technical correspondence, project proposals, reports, work plans, and project specifications including cost estimates and budgets.

 Regular communication with clients through verbal and written correspondence which may include presentations.

Strong working knowledge of environmental regulatory frameworks relevant to uranium, mining, and industrial operations.</li>
<li>Proven experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.</li>
<li>Ability to manage outside counsel efficiently and cost-effectively.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into clear operational guidance.</li>
<li>Practical, business-oriented mindset with the ability to give clear, actionable guidance.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.</li>
<li>Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.</li>
