MongoDB is on a mission to continue changing the way people think about databases. Along the way, our customers encounter questions and issues about how our approach to databases works for their use case. In Technical Services, it's our job to help our customers succeed with MongoDB. You'll be working alongside our largest customers, solving their complex issues - resolving questions on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and everything in between. You'll be an expert resource on the best way to run MongoDB at scale, whatever that scale may be. As an advocate for customers' needs, you will collaborate with our product management and development teams on their behalf. And you'll contribute to internal projects, including software development of support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics. Additionally, you will also mentor and ramp new team members, and take initiatives in building knowledge of new product lines within the MongoDB ecosystem.

What you need</h3>

<ul><li>5+ years of experience in an HR role focused on Employee Relations</li>
<li>Extensive experience in Employee Relations, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success managing and resolving complex ER matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and accommodations.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance across U.S. jurisdictions.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality.</li>

Compensation:

The salary pay range for this position is a base pay of $120,000-$170,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.<div><div>

Overview: The Fraud Analyst is responsible for continuously working towards preventing and mitigating losses to ensure the highest level of loss avoidance and reduction. Act independently with great latitude and is a primary liaison for the department with other channels/departments relating to internal needs/assistance. Work with the VP, Financial Crimes &amp; Intelligence and Risk Management Team to improve investigations, analyses and identifying control and procedural issues. 
Responsibilities: 
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li> Review and critically analyze alerts and information from various systems pertaining to financial crimes that include, but are not limited to: Bank Fraud, Check Fraud, Counterfeits, Alterations, Forged Endorsement, Forged Maker, Kitting, New Account Fraud, Loan Fraud, Identity Theft, Returned Deposited Items, ACH Fraud, Wire Fraud, ATM Fraud, Unjust Enrichments, Internal Investigations, Inquiry cases and Other Losses for disposition and escalation.</li><li> Perform investigative practices to include but not limited to: complying with regulatory requirements, conduct interviews, compile documentation and evidence, and develop initial investigative reports in the case management system for further investigation by the appropriate fraud investigator(s)</li><li> Contact members and/or branch personnel regarding fraud claims</li><li> Identify new and emerging fraud trends and patterns and report findings to the Investigations Manager</li><li> Develop, recommend and deploy counter measures and analyze impact for FCI regarding omni-channel fraud</li><li> Proactively seek to improve efficiency, reduce and mitigate losses</li><li> Research, evaluate and identify control deficiencies/violations that contribute to the fraud, and make recommendations to Investigations Manager to enhance controls</li><li> Ensure quality, uniformity and compliance with regulations throughout the MCU footprint and adhere to standard operating procedures for the Financial Crimes &amp; Intelligence</li><li> Work collaboratively with other departments to recommend solutions that impact performance, risk, losses and threats to the organization</li><li> Be a valuable contributor to influence operational best practices within FCI</li><li> Perform other duties as requested and special projects as assigned</li></ul>
