The Events Production Coordinator is responsible for executing event requirements based on approved designs, ensuring timely ordering, warehouse coordination, material preparation, and production oversight. The role supports the Events Manager by following the finalized 3D design, maintaining strict timelines, and ensuring high-quality event execution.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, arrange, set up, and pull out event requirements strictly following the approved designs and instructions from the Events Manager.</li><li>Study the approved event design to identify all necessary materials, verify warehouse availability, and determine if additional purchases are required while ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining the company&rsquo;s 70% profit target.</li><li>Prepare Material Request Forms for chairs, tables, artificial flowers, fabrics or wall coverings, flooring, and all other approved items available in the warehouse or to be fabricated.
