</p></div><div><p>The F&amp;B Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting the strategic positioning, visibility, and revenue performance of all Food &amp; Beverage outlets within InterContinental Doha Beach &amp; Spa. This role bridges the Sales &amp; Marketing and Food &amp; Beverage departments to ensure that all restaurant and bar promotions, events, and campaigns are aligned with brand standards and deliver measurable business impact.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about hospitality, marketing, and culinary experiences, and who can bring our F&amp;B concepts to life through engaging storytelling, visual content, and market activation.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing campaigns for all F&amp;B outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and seasonal activations.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Director of Marketing to ensure F&amp;B promotions are effectively featured across all hotel marketing channels (social media, website, email, PR, and digital advertising).</li>
<li>Collaborate with the F&amp;B team to create compelling content that highlights culinary offerings, events, and experiences in alignment with brand identity.</li>
<li>Work closely with the graphic design team and external agencies to produce visual and written marketing materials.</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute press releases, newsletters, and social media content related to F&amp;B.</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners to maximize exposure for the hotel&rsquo;s dining venues.</li>
<li>Partner with restaurant and bar managers to plan and promote special events, menu launches, and seasonal offerings.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent and high-quality marketing collateral is available across all F&amp;B outlets.</li>
