We are BCBA owned and operated agency with a mission is to build our ABA Professionals Network and connect these service providers to the communities that need ABA services on a daily basis. Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs)</p></li><li><p>
Create behavior intervention plans (BIPs)</p></li><li><p>
Supervise, evaluate, &amp; mentor, BCBA-Candidates &amp; Behavior Technicians</p></li><li><p>
Implement effective strategies for our clients in home and community settings</p></li><li><p>
Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and families that are ethically aligned with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis</p></li><li><p>
Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT)</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate interdisciplinary care with various other personnel including teachers, other school providers, etc.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct initial and reassessments, functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans</p></li><li><p>
Monitor progress and evaluate program data, modify programs based on data analysis, and report on progress/regression using RETHINK</p></li><li><p>
Provide support to families, behavior technicians, and colleagues using effective, multi-tiered stakeholder communication</p></li><li><p>

Requirements of a </b><b>Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):</b></p><ul><li><p>
Master&rsquo;s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field</p></li><li><p>
Board Certified Behavior Analyst License</p></li><li><p>
Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential</p></li><li><p>
In Person position/potential for hybrid</p></li><li><p>
Provide direct 1:1 services and Parent Counseling and Training with clients in home</p></li><li><p>
Malpractice Insurance</p></li><li><p>
Experience conducting assessments such as the Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solving and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>
Experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans for individuals with challenging behavior</p></li><li><p>
Experience in developing and implementing skill acquisition plans for individuals with developmental disabilities</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) programming and implementation</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of naturalistic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming and implementation</p></li><li><p>
Flexibility and ability to promptly respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails</p></li><li><p>
Successful completion of mandatory employee training</p></li><li><p>
Participation in ongoing in-house training and required professional development</p></li><li><p>
