<li>Cleaning contractors are regularly reviewed to ensure they are delivering to M&amp;S cleaning specifications and escalate risks appropriately.</li></ul><br>

Ensures that all the duty managers are trained and able to carry out the Duty Manager role and manage major incidents competently.</p>
