The Purpose

 Previous experience in building, motivating and coaching large retail teams.

 Willing to travel frequently across assigned markets.

 Extensive knowledge of Retail SOPs and best practices.

 Understanding of UAE, Qatar and Kuwait market.

 Excellent Communication skills.

 Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred.
