Head of Growth, Qureos&nbsp;About Qureos &nbsp;We’re on a mission to transform how the world hires, from a 60-day painful process to 12 days with the power of AI.If you believe hiring should be fast, fair, and feel like magic, welcome to Qureos.We’re well-funded, growing fast, and building game-changing tech that helps companies hire talent 10x faster while giving job seekers the coaching and tools they deserve.And now, we’re looking for a Head of Growth who gets excited (borderline emotional) about CAC dropping and inbound leads exploding. &nbsp;The Role &nbsp;We want someone who can build, scale, and lead acquisition on both sides of our marketplace:<ul><li>B2C - bringing job seekers into the ecosystem</li><li>B2B - generating qualified inbound leads from companies hiring</li></ul>You’ll lead our growth team from day 1, redesign funnels, break things, fix things, run experiments, track everything, and basically treat growth like a sport.If dashboards excite you more than brunch, read on. &nbsp;What You’ll Do &nbsp;<ul><li>Own end-to-end acquisition for both job seekers and hiring companies</li><li>Build and scale omni-channel growth strategies across paid, organic, partnerships, product-led loops, and automation</li><li>Lead a multi-functional growth team (performance marketing, content, SEO, automation) from day 1</li><li>Build and optimize funnels for: Job seeker activation B2B inbound (MQL → SQL → Demo → Revenue)</li><li>Run experiments weekly: landing pages, ads, onboarding flows, messaging, pricing — everything is testable</li><li>Implement automation across acquisition, nurturing, and conversion funnels</li><li>Drive deep tracking &amp; analytics (you must love data more than comfortable amounts)</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to turn insights → experiments → wins</li><li>Build scalable playbooks for international growth</li><li>Reduce CAC like it’s your personal vendetta</li><li>Increase revenue, conversion rates, and growth flywheels that compound over time</li><li>Bring energy, speed, ownership, creativity, and a “let’s build big” attitude every day</li></ul>&nbsp;Your KPIs &nbsp;<ul><li>CAC (Candidates)</li><li>CAC (Clients)</li><li>Inbound lead volume &amp; quality</li><li>MQL → SQL → Demo conversion</li><li>Revenue growth</li><li>Organic traffic growth &nbsp;</li></ul>If these scare you, this isn’t your role.If these excite you, you’re our person. &nbsp;Who You Are &nbsp;<ul><li>5–10 years in growth, performance marketing, user acquisition, or marketplace growth</li><li>Have built and scaled acquisition funnels in high-growth digital platforms</li><li>Proven experience reducing CAC, increasing revenue, and experimenting relentlessly</li><li>Strong understanding of B2B funnels and conversion optimization</li><li>Have led or trained teams in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments</li><li>Expert at multi-channel growth: paid, SEO, content, automation, email, social, community, partnerships</li><li>Obsessed with numbers, experiments, hypotheses, insights, dashboards</li><li>Action-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect data</li><li>Thinks like an owner.
