<p><b>Learning and Development Senior Officer</b></p><p><b>Management Advisory</b></p><p>&middot; Advise the Head of L&amp;D in order to create strategies aligned with current industry trends.</p><p>&middot; Develop and implement strategic learning frameworks to support organizational growth.</p><p><b>Staff Training and Management</b></p><p>&sect; Support in the planning and organization of learning/development and training programs for existing employees up to and including Managerial level, both overseas and locally, in-line with identified needs and skills gaps.</p><p>&sect; Assist in related training material development in coordination with internal teams, and/or through engaging external subject matter experts.</p><p>&sect; Oversee and manage development programs for Qatari Graduates, ensuring their effective training and progression into skilled roles within the organization.</p><p>&sect; Monitor and report on Qatari Graduate performance and attendance, coordinating with various educational institutions such as Qatar Petroleum, College of North Atlantic - Qatar, Qatar Aeronautical College, and international institutions in the US, Australia, and UK.</p><p>&sect; Lead the Qatari Internship Program, ensuring the professional delivery of a best-in-class program.</p><p>&sect; Schedule training sessions, manage tests, and handle scholarship payments for trainees, coordinating closely with educational institutes.</p><p>&sect; Manage daily counselling and disciplinary actions for Graduates, Interns and Trainees, collaborating with the Employee Relations Committee and Legal Department to resolve training, absence, and performance issues.</p><p>&sect; Liaise with training providers and professional bodies, to design, plan, and review training programs, ensuring they meet the specific skills requirements of the organization.</p><p>&sect; Collaborate with the L&amp;D team and other departments to coordinate specialized management and general training programs and procedures.</p><p>Must have valid Qatar id and able to join soon.</p><p>Apply now :- Email id c.caren@candidzone.net</p><p>WhatsApp Caren +97430662111</p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p>
