Job Description 
Job Summery:
At M&ouml;venpick Resort Aswan, part of the Accor Group, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests and colleagues. The Health &amp; Safety Supervisor will support the implementation and monitoring of all occupational health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with Accor standards and Egyptian regulations.
The role focuses on promoting a proactive safety culture, conducting regular inspections, delivering safety training, and ensuring that all areas of the hotel operate in accordance with best practices and legal requirements. 
Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Implement and maintain Health, Safety &amp; Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in line with Accor standards and Egyptian labor regulations.</li><li>
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments throughout the hotel to identify and address potential hazards.</li><li>
Report, investigate, and document any accidents, incidents, or near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.</li><li>
Deliver health and safety training for employees (fire safety, emergency evacuation, first aid awareness, and manual handling).</li><li>
Ensure that all employees use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and follow safe working practices.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Security teams to ensure preventive measures are applied across the property.</li><li>
Maintain updated records of inspections, incidents, and training sessions.</li><li>
Support the emergency response team during drills and ensure readiness of firefighting and first-aid equipment.</li><li>
Prepare regular HSE performance reports for hotel management.</li><li>
Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement across all departments.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Qualifications
Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or any related field.</li><li>
Certifications (Preferred):</li><li>
Must hold an Advanced Occupational Health &amp; Safety Certificate</li><li>
Additional certifications such as HACCAP or Fire Safety will be considered an advantage</li><li>
It is preferred that the candidate is based in Aswan.</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Health &amp; Safety role, preferably within the hospitality industry or a large service organization.</li><li>
Previous experience conducting safety inspections or training is desirable</li></ul></div>

Job Description 
We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Director of Food and Beverage to join our luxury resort in the Movenpick Aswan. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and efficiency.<ul><li>
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and maximize revenue</li><li>

Qualifications

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimization</li><li>
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team culture</li><li>
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders</li><li>
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative F&amp;B concepts and service standards</li><li>
