<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
Deliver excellent guest service by anticipating needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
<br>Maintain and clean guests’ rooms including replenishing room supplies. Inform valets to collect guests’ clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing.
<br>Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy and maintain the public and general areas.
<br>Report any maintenance-related issue to the Housekeeping Department.
