 Graduate and/or Post-graduate/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

 5&ndash;8 years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to strategic people delivery.

 Strong foundational HR knowledge with the ability to advise leaders on complex or escalated employee relations matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of Indian labor law and HR best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to operate effectively in a continuously changing and evolving environment.

 <li>
 Experience in transformation initiatives and global HR projects will be an added advantage.

 Demonstrated experience in organizing and delivering employee events and engagement activities.
